Blue Chip Stallion’s Lead The Way in 2011
Blue Chip’s stallions were national leaders in 2011. On the pacing side, Bettor’s Delight was North America’s Leading Money Winning Pacing stallion in the 3YO and all age ranks. Bettor’s Delight will expand his breeding career into Canada in 2012, standing at Winbak of Canada.
On a per foal basis Art Major was the Leading Money winning sire of two year olds. He also received top pacing sire honors in the NY Sire Stakes program.
In the trotting ranks Credit Winner continued his winning ways. For the second year in a row he was North America’s Leading Money Winning trotting sire of 3YOs.
2011 was also a great year for American Ideal, having sired a pair of “Fabulous Fillies” in Idyllic and American Jewel; as well as New York’s 2YO colt pacing champion, Heston Blue Chip.
In the young stallion ranks, Shadow Play, had another full book. Breeders everywhere were pleased with the looks of his first crop that foaled in 2011.
World Champion, Rock N Roll Heaven, who stood his first season in 2011, attracted an outstanding group of mares. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of his first foals in 2012.
We are very happy to report excellent reviews of the Crazed yearlings that recently sold at auction and are now in training. It will be a very exciting year in 2012 for this young trotting sire by Credit Winner.
Finally, we are pleased to announce the newest addition to our pacing stallion line up. Meadowlands Pace winner, Roll With Joe, will stand at our farm in Wallkill. He retires as 2011’s leading money winning performer (either gait).
