Rehab & Turnout

Blue Chip Farms is the premier rehabilitation facility for racehorses and sport horses in need of time off and turnout. With over 30 paddocks for ample turnout and three walkers for controlled exercise and conditioning, horses can recover safely while maintaining fitness. Stalls are spacious and comfortable, nutrition programs are customized to each horse’s needs, and Dr. Burns and his veterinary team are on-site around the clock.

BCF has a proven track record with sport horses of all levels. Notably, jumping superstar Goldika 559 recovered from a potentially career-ending injury at Blue Chip Farms, returning to the Grand Prix ring to capture multiple top honors before retiring at age 18—a testament to the farm’s expert care and rehabilitation program.
